The role involves fault finding as your speciality, detecting and diagnosing faults and establishing work required. You will accurately and skillfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, working with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repairs. It is essential to ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines, fulfilling all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction whilst helping the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.
About you: You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 1 in motor vehicle repair or equivalent workplace experience working in a similar position. The ability to work without direction and manage time effectively is crucial. A genuine passion for the brand or experience working within a high-end environment is preferred.
