Duties / Responsibilities

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right Škoda
  • Delivering on both sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
  • Advising on finance, insurance, and add‑on products
  • Managing the full customer journey—from first contact to vehicle handover and beyond
  • Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and keeping on top of admin and compliance

To be Successful You Will Have

  • A passion for people, cars, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in sales or a customer‑facing role—motor trade experience is preferred but not essential
  • A target‑driven mindset with a desire to succeed
  • Confidence using technology (we use iPads and digital tools daily)
  • Integrity, positivity, and the ability to build instant rapport
