Heritage Automotive and Blade Motorcycles are looking for a CRM & Database Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This varied role combines creative and technical marketing, supporting campaigns, website updates, social media and CRM/database management across brands including Audi, Honda, Škoda, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda Motorcycles and Triumph. You’ll help deliver engaging campaigns while ensuring customer data is accurate, organised and effective. This role can be based at either our Salisbury or Gloucester location, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with part-time options also available.
Key responsibilities
- Manage data quality, cleansing and CRM administration
- Prepare customer data and produce reports
- Support email, SMS, digital and web campaigns
- Assist with website updates, content and social media
- Help deliver promotions, events and daily marketing activity
About you
- Experience in marketing, CRM or data roles
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Well organised, proactive and able to multitask
- Confident balancing creative and admin work
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel
- CRM, email marketing or CMS experience
- Knowledge of social media, digital content or analytics tools
- Automotive, motorcycle or retail experience
