Heriot-Watt University seeks a Business Systems Specialist (HR) to support and develop the HR system Oracle Fusion. Reporting to a HR Systems Manager, you will manage configuration, testing and user adoption, working with HR, IS and external partners to deliver robust HR solutions.
You will deliver system enhancements, HR reporting, statutory returns and data quality improvements, while guiding users and contributing to continual improvement and strategic initiatives.
