Working Pattern: Full-time (35hrs per week) Open-ended

Purpose of Role: The Bookings & Events Assistant will support the department to proactively sell all Oriam services to identified audiences.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- The role holder will proactively sell all Oriam services to prospective customers, focusing on bookings & events.
- The role holder will work with Hire Agreement contracts to enhance experience and additional selling.
- The role holder will support Admin services managing day to day enquiries.
- The role holder will help with customer engagement and deliver excellent customer service.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to SCQF Level 5 or similar or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above.
- Competent in the use of relevant IT packages.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable professional and proactive approach to sales activity, including calls and in person meetings.
- Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment.
- Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service.
Desirable:
- Educated to SCQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification.
