  • Consulting subject matter experts to review media at key points and resolve any queries or issues
  • Ensuring digital media comply with relevant accessibility requirements, e.g. managing captioning and transcription
  • Liaising with specialist external providers as required
  • Where relevant, review and provide feedback on the quality and consistency of media assets developed by others.
  • Contribute to team efforts to manage production processes and equipment, including:
    • Identifying requirements for new or replacement media production equipment
    • Researching potential production and equipment solutions
    • Actively engaging with contemporary digital media production research, techniques and networks
    • Using initiative to develop future processes and systems to enhance sustainability and scalability of media production

    • Experience collaborating with subject experts to co‑design, script and produce digital media for education
    • Experience of working with subject experts who may be inexperienced or apprehensive about presenting to camera, and techniques to get the best out of such presenters
    • Experience of working to fixed deadlines and adapting production approaches based on what is most appropriate and achievable in context
    • Expertise in the use of relevant equipment and software, e.g. Adobe Premiere, Illustrator and After Effects within Adobe Creative Cloud
