You will:

  • Support key transformation and digital programmes
  • Advise senior stakeholders on risk, liability, indemnities and commercial structuring
  • Apply a regulatory and governance-aware lens to commercial decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing legal risk with practical business outcomes

What They’re Looking For:

  • UK-qualified lawyer with c. 7–10 years’ PQE
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts (essential)
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment (not necessarily financial services)
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, commercially-minded approach

Why This Role?

  • Opportunity to step into a high-impact, stakeholder-facing position
  • Work on complex, business-critical projects
