This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with around 2–3 years’ experience who is comfortable taking ownership of some of the more process-driven and administrative work within a busy legal team.
The role will include:
- Reviewing the existing contract portfolio and identifying key provisions, including modification clauses
- Extracting and organising contractual information
- Supporting the development and maintenance of a contract management system
- Helping improve the organisation and accessibility of legal documents
- Providing broader administrative and paralegal support to the legal team
They are ideally looking for someone who:
- Has around 2–3 years’ paralegal experience
- Has worked with commercial contracts, ideally within an in-house legal environment
- Is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working through a high volume of documents
- Can work independently and take ownership of a defined project
- Is available to start in early September
The role can be 4 or 5 days per week, although a full five-day week would be preferred. You would need to be able to attend the Richmond office around 2 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
