This opportunity sits within a business delivering some of the most significant mixed‑use, development, and regeneration projects in the market. The role offers broad exposure across investment, development, asset management, and strategic transactions, with regular interaction across senior leadership and project teams.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a lean and highly commercial legal team, supporting live projects and strategic transactions across a diverse real‑estate portfolio. The remit is broad and includes:
- Advising on complex real‑estate and development matters across live assets and new opportunities
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, consultant appointments, utility agreements, and wider commercial contracts
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals, financings, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across development, finance, planning, governance, and operations
- Managing external counsel on specialist matters where required
- Advising on legal risk, structuring, and execution across projects as they progress
Legal is closely integrated with the wider business, giving this role strong visibility across transactions, live developments, and wider strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile

- England & Wales qualified lawyers, typically 5+ PQE
- Strong real‑estate experience, gained either in private practice or in‑house
