A globally recognised multinational telecoms business is looking for a Legal Counsel & Senior Legal Counsel to join its high-performing legal team, supporting its diverse operations across Europe and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on complex, cross-jurisdictional transactions involving digital platforms, mobile broadband, data monetisation, and IoT products.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology, data, handset, and digital services agreements.
- Supporting the business’s innovation and brand development functions with legal guidance and commercial input.
- Managing external counsel, overseeing budgets, and ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards.
