A globally recognised multinational telecoms business is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its high-performing legal team, supporting its diverse operations across Europe and beyond. What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on complex, cross-jurisdictional transactions involving digital platforms, mobile broadband, data monetisation, and IoT products.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology, data, handset, and digital services agreements.
  • Supporting the business’s innovation and brand development functions with legal guidance and commercial input.
  • Managing external counsel, overseeing budgets, and ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards.

  • A 3-6 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor.
