Senior Legal counsel - Green Hydrogen

This is a role for a senior legal counsel based in London, and the chance to join a small but agile company, who are a full value-chain green hydrogen energy solutions provider, and have some of the leading global voices in the emerging green hydrogen market on their team.

This position will be working on wide and varied range of hydrogen and other renewable energy project contracts and issues, as well as corporate and governance matters.

Reporting to the GC the skills required are a mix of projects and corporate energy skills,

Day to day duties will include working within

• Project development and Construction
• Asset Operations and technical services
• Sales
• Joint Ventures
• Corporate matters
• Government and compliance

Skills

England and Wales qualified lawyer

Several years PQE in complex energy agreements and transactions

Strong technical legal skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to balance a wide and varied workload
