The predicted salary is between 80000 - 120000 £ per year.

Our client is responsible for some of the world's most renowned global business and tech events, delivering industry-defining experiences across finance, cybersecurity, media, and innovation sectors. They are now seeking a strategic Senior Legal Counsel to support their expanding festivals portfolio. This is a strategic legal role focused on their Fintech vertical, working closely with business leaders to enable growth while managing risk. You will report directly to the Head of Legal and act as a trusted adviser across commercial, regulatory, and strategic matters.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 PQE, with a solid grounding in commercial law and contract negotiation
  • England and Wales Qualified (must)
  • Experience advising in-house, ideally in a global or complex business (event/media/tech experience a plus)
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing risk across varied matters
  • A commercial mindset – pragmatic, proactive, and confident in navigating evolving areas like data privacy, digital/IP, and tech contracts
  • Positive, collaborative, and able to work at pace without ego
