Our client is looking for an interim construction lawyer to join a major UK development project with global backing. This role sits at the heart of a high-growth, design-led business delivering a large-scale infrastructure and leisure scheme.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team, providing strategic legal support across development, construction, financing and day-to-day business operations. You’ll work across commercial, real estate and construction matters which will include:
- Drafting and negotiating key project agreements
- Supporting procurement and delivery teams
- Helping navigate regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in development or construction-heavy environments. This is a fantastic role for an immediately available construction lawyer who wants to contribute to a landmark UK project. The position is ideally based in Manchester but open to applicants from further afield with occasional travel to Manchester.
