The Role:
This new role sits within a proactive, growing global legal team and reports to the VP, Head of Legal. You'll work closely with the IP Services team and have regular access to the C-suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts globally covering patent services, SaaS, software licences, DPAs, and procurement agreements.
- Advise on IP ownership, licensing, and rights in data, algorithms, and AI model outputs.
- Support commercial and procurement teams on structuring compliant AI collaborations.
- Help manage the Group's global IP portfolio, liaising with product teams and external advisors on patents, trademarks, and copyright.
About You:
- Qualified in England & Wales, Australia, or New Zealand.
- 3+ years' PQE from a top law firm or in-house team.
- Strong IP experience, ideally in tech, media, or professional services.
- Commercial and confident, with clear drafting and stakeholder management skills.
