A high-growth global fintech is looking to hire a Senior Employment Counsel to support its UK and EMEA operations. This is a broad and visible role sitting within an international legal team, advising on a wide range of employment matters across a fast-scaling business.
This opportunity is being offered on an initial day-rate contract basis, with potential for the role to convert permanently longer term. The role will involve partnering closely with HR and senior stakeholders on:
- Employee relations matters
- Investigations
- Performance management and terminations
- Employment litigation support
- Policy development and training
- Cross-border employment issues and international expansion projects
- UK and wider EMEA employment law advice

- England & Wales qualified lawyers with roughly 5–11 PQE
- Strong UK employment law expertise
