This is a unique opportunity for a Paralegal to join a busy and collaborative team in a hybrid role that blends legal support with executive assistance, working closely with and providing direct support to the General Counsel. The position will support the legal function with process-driven work while also providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders. It is well suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing both legal and coordination responsibilities.
- Provide day-to-day support to the legal team across a range of matters
- Support document management, contract organisation, and legal record-keeping
- Conduct KYC checks and assist with compliance-related processes
- Coordinate internal approvals and support legal workflows and process improvements
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documents and reports
- Executive/PA support: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, ideally within a technology, gaming, or media environment. Comfortable handling both legal tasks and administrative/PA responsibilities. Familiarity with KYC, compliance, or document management systems is beneficial.
