We are working on a Senior Legal Counsel opportunity with a large international business operating across multiple jurisdictions and complex project environments. Sitting within a lean and highly commercial legal team, this role offers significant visibility, autonomy and influence. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser to senior operational and commercial stakeholders and support a diverse portfolio of international projects and business activities.

The work is broad and varied and is likely to include:

  • Commercial contracting
  • Construction and project agreements
  • Procurement and supply chain matters
  • Corporate and strategic projects
