The role: This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to join a busy and collaborative team, working closely with and providing direct support to the General Counsel. The position will support the legal function with process-driven work while also providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders. It is well suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing both legal and coordination responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the legal team across a range of matters
  • Assist with trademark processes, including filings, tracking, and portfolio management
  • Support document management, contract organisation, and legal record-keeping
  • Conduct KYC checks and assist with compliance-related processes
  • Coordinate internal approvals and support legal workflows and process improvements
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documents and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors where required

Executive/PA support:

  • Manage complex scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Process expenses and support general administrative tasks
  • Act as a key point of coordination for senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

About you: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal / Legal / Executive Assistant, ideally within a technology, gaming, media, or legal environment. Comfortable handling both legal tasks and administrative/PA responsibilities. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience supporting trademark or IP-related processes is advantageous. Familiarity with KYC, compliance, or document management systems is beneficial. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
