We're partnering with a high-growth, international fintech to appoint an interim Senior Legal Counsel to provide regulatory legal support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business at the forefront of payments innovation, working on high-profile regulatory projects with real commercial impact.

You'll be the lead regulatory lawyer for the UK, advising on a broad range of payments and e-money matters, while supporting regulatory initiatives across multiple international jurisdictions.

The role will see you working closely with product, commercial, compliance and senior leadership teams on FCA regulatory matters, safeguarding, new product launches, cross-border payments, financial promotions, licensing projects and wider strategic regulatory work.

We're looking for a UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE and strong in-house or private practice experience advising on UK payments and e-money regulation.

Experience within a fintech or other high-growth financial services business would be highly advantageous.

You'll be commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable operating autonomously, partnering with stakeholders across multiple time zones and providing clear, solution-focused advice.
