We’re working with a well-established insurance business that is looking to bring in a litigation lawyer on an interim basis to support its in-house Litigation function during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for a litigator who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and wants to step into a supportive, collaborative in-house team and make an impact.

The role involves being embedded within the in-house Litigation team, handling a varied caseload and providing pragmatic, commercial advice across insurance-related disputes. The work is broad and interesting, and the team is keen to get someone in who can contribute from day one.

Key responsibilities:
  • Advising on general insurance litigation matters
  • Managing disputes relating to claims, coverage and broker E&O
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day litigation strategy and risk management
  • Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice
