We’re partnering with a major UK infrastructure organisation on the appointment of an Employment Solicitor to join its established in-house legal team. You’ll work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders on a wide range of employment issues including employee relations, investigations, restructuring projects, tribunal matters and wider people-risk strategy.
The legal team itself has strong visibility internally and is viewed as a genuine business partner across the organisation.
Strong employment law grounding from either private practice or in-house.
