A leading global financial services organisation is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its established in-house legal team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to make their first move in-house, offering exposure to a broad range of high quality corporate and finance work while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Legal, you'll become part of a collaborative team supporting strategic initiatives and advising on a variety of complex legal matters.

The role

About you

  • A qualified solicitor with approximately 1-3 years' PQE

  • Commercially minded with strong technical drafting and advisory skills
  • Interested in developing a long-term career within a respected legal team

Previous financial services or insurance experience would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
