We are working with a fast-growing UK business operating across home services, insurance, renewables, installation and consumer finance. Following significant growth and recent acquisition activity, the business is looking to hire a qualified in-house lawyer to work alongside the General Counsel. This is a broad, high-impact role with exposure across the business. It is not a narrow contracts position.

The Opportunity: You will join at a key stage of growth as the legal function becomes more structured and the business continues to scale. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be the main qualified legal adviser in the team and will support a paralegal. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial decision-making, integration work and future growth projects.

The Role: You will act as a broad legal generalist across the group, working on:

  • Commercial contracts and partnerships
  • Supplier and distribution arrangements
  • Stakeholder advisory across the business
  • Acquisition integration and contract migration
  • Regulatory and compliance support
  • External counsel management
  • Data-related projects
  • Growth initiatives
