Job Description
Our client, an ambitious Private Equity backed manufacturer and supplier who operates across industrial and energy sectors, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their in-house team on a part-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling business offering challenge, variety and flexibility.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise on a broad range of matters across the business, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Data Protection
- Compliance and regulatory
- Corporate governance
- Employment law
Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will contribute to strategic decision making whilst engaging with a technical and varied stakeholder base.
About you
- Qualified solicitor (UK-based or common law jurisdiction).
- Strong commercial contract experience.
- A collaborative, solutions focused mindset
- Able to manage shifting priorities across diverse legal topics
- Prior in-house experience is helpful but not essential.
- This is a flexible, part-time role (20 hours/week) offering a hybrid working model.
