Legal Counsel - Leading European Logistics Company (Greater London)

A fast-growing, PE-backed leader in the logistics and supply chain sector is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its lean and high-performing legal team. Operating across multiple European jurisdictions, the business plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable movement of goods for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

This is a newly created role, ideal for a commercial lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE who enjoys working closely with the business. You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial agreements, supporting core operations and strategic projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, logistics, and services agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Supporting cross-border projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, working closely with business leaders and external counsel.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic legal advice aligned with commercial objectives.
• Provide day-to-day legal support across the business, with a focus on commercial and operational matters.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of legal and commercial considerations in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Previous experience in logistics is desirable but not mandatory; candidates from other sectors will also be considered
