This role sits at the heart of the legal function, partnering closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership to support strategic growth, international expansion and day-to-day operations.
The Opportunity
This is a broad, high-impact in-house role with genuine visibility across the business. You’ll operate as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team, working across a wide range of commercial and strategic matters. The remit is truly international—supporting projects and operations across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia—offering a level of exposure that is rare at this stage of your career. You’ll be given autonomy, responsibility and the chance to shape how legal supports a fast-moving, consumer-facing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on a range of complex, high-value legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to senior stakeholders across the business
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (including supplier, technology and franchise agreements)
- Support franchise arrangements and expansion initiatives globally
- Advise on corporate transactions
