📍 Remote (UK-based) or Southwark, London

Are you a proactive recruiter with 2+ years’ experience in interim recruitment within professional services? Ready to step up in a fast-paced, high-growth specialist agency?

We’re looking for a either a Resourcer or Consultant to join our market-leading legal recruitment team.

Reporting to our Head of Interim (one of our top-performing Consultants), you\’ll play a key role in recruiting top legal talent for in-house interim roles and supporting the growth of the interim team.

What we’re looking for:

✔ 2+ years’ experience in interim recruitment in a professional services industry (legal preferred, but not essential)

✔ Experience in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills

✔ A proactive, detail-focused mindset

✔The ability to work at pace

✔Must be based in the UK with eligibility to work in the UK
