An exciting opportunity to join a newly established global offshore wind venture, backed by two world-leading energy companies.
As an interim Senior Counsel, you’ll be based in the London office and play a pivotal role in providing strategic and day-to-day legal advice across general corporate, investment and financing matters. You’ll support major projects, joint ventures, financing arrangements and high-value transactions across a global offshore wind portfolio – helping shape the legal framework that underpins the company’s ambitious growth.
The client is seeking a senior lawyer (8+ years PQE) with strong corporate/commercial experience with in-house experience. Renewable energy or project experience is highly desirable, along with a proven track record of advising on complex transactions.
