Weβre looking for a commercially minded individual for a 6 month contract. This is a unique opportunity to support global governance across 200+ entities spanning Europe, the Middle East and the US as well as playing a key role in compliance.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting global entity governance, including maintaining corporate records and managing board/shareholder resolutions.
- Liaising with external company secretarial partners.
- Working closely with international stakeholders (France, Dubai, UK) across time zones.
- Leading or supporting KYC and onboarding processes - both manual and digital.
- Helping to standardise governance processes - think tone of voice, branding, and practical compliance.
