A globally recognised multinational telecoms company is hiring a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic, high-performing legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge commercial and transactional work across digital platforms, mobile broadband, data, and IoT – with reach across Europe and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on complex, cross-border commercial and corporate transactions involving digital and telecoms infrastructure.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts – including technology, handset, platform, and data monetisation agreements.
- Collaborating closely with innovation, product, and brand teams to provide strategic legal input.
- Managing external counsel, overseeing legal spend, and ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks.
What we’re looking for:
