A globally recognised multinational telecoms company is hiring a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic, high-performing legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge commercial and transactional work across digital platforms, mobile broadband, data, and IoT – with reach across Europe and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on complex, cross-border commercial and corporate transactions involving digital and telecoms infrastructure.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts – including technology, handset, platform, and data monetisation agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with innovation, product, and brand teams to provide strategic legal input.
  • Managing external counsel, overseeing legal spend, and ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with 3–10+ PQE, ideally from a top-tier private practice or in-house secondment.
  • Experience in corporate or commercial law with a strong grounding in the TMT sector (telecoms, tech, media).
  • A commercial mindset – comfortable balancing risk with practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across legal, finance, and C-suite functions.
