Head of Commercial Legal – Insurance Broker Head of Commercial Legal – Insurance Broker Heriot Brown is working with the largest privately owned insurance brokerage. This is a senior leadership position within the Legal, Risk, Compliance & Secretariat (LRCS) function reporting directly to the General Counsel. As Head of the Commercial Legal Team , you will lead a group of experienced lawyers and act as the escalation point for a wide variety of complex legal matters. These include insurance agreements, commercial contracts, technology and vendor arrangements, data privacy, intellectual property, employment, and procurement. You will play a critical role in shaping legal strategy, improving efficiency, and enabling the business to operate with confidence and agility. You’re a senior commercial lawyer with a strong track record in the insurance sector, ideally with in-house experience and a good understanding of the Lloyd’s/London Market.
