I’m working with a large UK-based business to hire an Employment Lawyer on a 6-12 month FTC. This is a standalone employment role, sitting close to senior stakeholders and offering real autonomy and breadth.

The role includes:

  • Advisory support on day-to-day employment issues
  • Managing and overseeing litigation
  • Supporting periodic restructures
  • Horizon scanning and employment risk management
  • Working closely with senior leaders across the business

The ideal profile includes:

  • 6–7 PQE (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong employment law background
  • Experience in retail or similarly fast-paced environments highly desirable
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a standalone role
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders
