We’re partnering with a major UK infrastructure organisation on the appointment of an Employment Solicitor to join its established in-house legal team. This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an employment lawyer looking to move closer to the strategic and operational heart of a large, complex business. The role offers high levels of stakeholder exposure and the chance to work across a broad mix of contentious, advisory and organisational change matters. You’ll work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders on a wide range of employment issues including employee relations, investigations, restructuring projects, tribunal matters and wider people-risk strategy.
