An iGaming company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their global legal team on a 3-month interim basis. They provide content and technology solutions to the iGaming industry, offering high-performing, data-driven and passionately crafted casino gaming titles from in-house brands.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of B2B commercial contracts β including SaaS, software/IP licensing, content supply, professional services, and data protection agreements
- Supporting business growth by streamlining workflows, building templates, and advising on risk
- Monitoring legal/regulatory developments in gaming and tech, and keeping the business ahead of the curve
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams β product, compliance, commercial β to align legal with strategy
- Bringing clarity, commerciality, and pace to everything you touch
Requirements:
- 5+ yearsβ PQE in commercial/media/IP law (private practice or in-house β ideally iGaming, tech, digital media or entertainment)
- Strong experience managing legal risk and complex commercial contracts
- Confident communicator with solid drafting skills and a pragmatic approach
- A team player who can mentor juniors and work cross-functionally
