We have partnered with a Multinational Facilities Management business who are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team. This role will be based in London and offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including services, sales, technology, fleet, and maintenance agreements.
- Support the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) on all matters related to the commercial contracts of the company.
- Serve as a key contact for business leaders across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe, providing legal support.
- Work closely with colleagues across IT, Sales, HSE, Finance, and other business functions to address legal queries.
