An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team. Based in London, this role will support an international business on a broad range of employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with HR and senior stakeholders, providing practical and commercial legal advice.

  • Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters across the UK and internationally
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
  • Manage employment disputes and liaise with external counsel where needed
  • Deliver training to internal stakeholders on employment law developments and best practices
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess the impact on the business

5–8 years’ PQE in employment law

Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with international experience preferred

Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house within a commercial environment

Commercially minded, with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs

15% bonus, 10% pension, hybrid working model with one day per week in the office, private healthcare, life assurance, and additional benefits.
