A global fintech business is looking to appoint an Interim Legal Counsel to support its legal team during a particularly busy period of growth and change. This is a broad, commercially focused in-house role supporting teams across payments, partnerships, product and wider business operations. The position would suit a lawyer who is comfortable stepping into a fast-moving environment and getting up to speed quickly with minimal hand-holding.

The work is likely to include:

  • Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
  • Advising on partnerships, customer and supplier arrangements
  • Supporting product and regulatory initiatives
