I’m working with a leading technology business looking to bring in an Interim Employment Lawyer to support its employment legal team during a period of increased workload and permanent hiring. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can join quickly and operate autonomously across a broad employment advisory remit.
The successful candidate will support on a range of UK and international employment matters, including complex change management projects, restructuring, redundancy, collective consultation, TUPE and harmonisation of terms and conditions. This is a business-facing role, working closely with senior stakeholders and providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice across the organisation.
Key Details- 3–4 month interim contract
- ASAP start
- 5 days per week
- Flexible remote working
- London office available, with 1 day per week preferred but not essential
- Day rate or FTC options considered
- England & Wales qualified employment lawyer
- Ideally 5–8 PQE
- Strong in-house employment law experience
- Confident advising autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience with restructuring, redundancy, collective consultation and TUPE
- International employment experience, including EU Works Councils, would be highly beneficial
- Comfortable joining quickly and supporting a lean, busy legal team
