Interim Employment Lawyer β 3β4 Month Contract
Iβm working with a leading technology business looking to bring in an Interim Employment Lawyer to support its employment legal team during a period of increased workload and permanent hiring. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can join quickly and operate autonomously across a broad employment advisory remit.
The successful candidate will support on a range of UK and international employment matters, including:
- Complex change management projects
- Restructuring
- Redundancy
- Collective consultation
- TUPE
- Harmonisation of terms and conditions
This is a business-facing role, working closely with senior stakeholders and providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice across the organisation.
Details:
- 3β4 month interim contract
- ASAP start
- 5 days per week
- Flexible remote working
- London office available, with 1 day per week preferred but not essential
- Day rate or FTC options considered
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified employment lawyer
- Strong in-house employment law experience
- Confident advising autonomously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable joining quickly and supporting a lean, busy legal team
