Interim Employment Lawyer – 3–4 Month Contract

I’m working with a leading technology business looking to bring in an Interim Employment Lawyer to support its employment legal team during a period of increased workload and permanent hiring. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can join quickly and operate autonomously across a broad employment advisory remit.

The successful candidate will support on a range of UK and international employment matters, including:

  • Complex change management projects
  • Restructuring
  • Redundancy
  • Collective consultation
  • TUPE
  • Harmonisation of terms and conditions

This is a business-facing role, working closely with senior stakeholders and providing practical, commercially focused employment law advice across the organisation.

Details:

  • 3–4 month interim contract
  • ASAP start
  • 5 days per week
  • Flexible remote working
  • London office available, with 1 day per week preferred but not essential
  • Day rate or FTC options considered

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified employment lawyer
  • Strong in-house employment law experience
  • Confident advising autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable joining quickly and supporting a lean, busy legal team
