We are a global telecommunications and digital infrastructure business operating in the B2B space. With a strong international presence and a 100-person legal team made up of lawyers, privacy, ESG, and operations professionals, we support thousands of businesses worldwide. Our services allow clients to focus on their core objectives while relying on secure and dependable network, voice, and data solutions.

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team. Based in London, this role will support an international business on a broad range of employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with HR and senior stakeholders, providing practical and commercial legal advice.

Key responsibilities:
  • Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters across the UK and internationally
  • Support HR and business leaders on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, and terminations
  • Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, restructures, and organisational change
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
  • Manage employment disputes and liaise with external counsel where needed
  • Deliver training to internal stakeholders on employment law developments and best practices
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess the impact on the business
About you:
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • 5–8 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with international experience preferred
  • Experience gained in private practice and/or in-house within a commercial environment
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance legal risk and business needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Interest in the technology or telecommunications sector would be beneficial
