Weโre supporting a globally backed energy platform operating across multiple jurisdictions, with a growing portfolio of assets and projects. Legal and governance are central to how the business runs โ and this hire is about keeping the wheels turning smoothly as the organisation scales.
What youโll actually be doing
- Supporting board and committee processes end-to-end: agendas, papers, minutes, actions and resolutions
- Managing a large, multi-jurisdiction entity portfolio (circa 70 entities across 10+ countries)
- Coordinating and overseeing third-party company secretarial providers globally
- Keeping statutory records clean, consistent and audit-ready
- Working closely with legal, finance and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Using and imposing order through governance tools and document systems (e.g. entity management platforms, SharePoint)
