What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining our Creator Team at an exciting moment of growth. We’re a close-knit, fast-moving team sitting at the heart of Free Soul’s most exciting social channel – and we’re looking for a Creator Marketing Assistant to help us scale it. Reporting into our Senior Creator Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our creator community to life: from leading on outreach and managing creator communication flows that keep our affiliates motivated, informed and posting. You’ll also have the opportunity to be a face of the brand; supporting on our TikTok Lives, attending our events and supporting the build of a creator hub that becomes the go-to resource for every Free Soul creator. • Own and manage creator outreach, working to weekly targets across all relevant niches to maintain a consistent and diverse pipeline of talent.
• Lead creator outreach for all new product launches, ensuring each launch is supported by fresh creator partnerships and set up for maximum impact.
• Conduct ongoing market landscape analysis and creator ecosystem research to support strategic partnership planning and brand positioning.
• Develop and maintain clear, engaging communication flows to encourage creators to join the programme, post consistently, and build long-term working relationships with Free Soul.
• Build and execute tailored communication strategies for high-priority sales periods, including key campaigns and new product launches.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives including TikTok Lives, creator events, goody bag sourcing, and giveaway prize curation.

You’ll Thrive Here if You’re

• Experienced in working with creators, influencer management or affiliate marketing – ideally within a fast-paced brand environment.
• Genuinely passionate about social media and creator culture – you’re on TikTok in your spare time, you understand trends and know what makes content work.
• Confident in your written communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy for briefs, newsletters and creator comms.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, deadlines and creator relationships simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally and communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working with data – you can track targets, report on engagement and use insight to improve performance.
• A proactive, self-starter mindset – you’re not waiting to be told what to do; you spot the opportunity and go for it.
