What you’ll be doing
As the Operations Executive, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operational engine - keeping inventory accurate, freight moving, and purchase orders on track. You'll be receipting deliveries on Unleashed to maintaining SKUs and BOMs. You'll work closely with the Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Marketing teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Logistics & Freight Management
- Maintain the freight tracker with the latest arrival information.
- Schedule and coordinate supplier deliveries.
- Receipt deliveries on Unleashed and verify that quantities match expected figures within 24 hours of arrival.
- Inventory Management (Unleashed & IMS)
- Own the accuracy of Inventory levels on Unleashed and IMS.
- Set up and maintain SKUs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Raise and receipt purchase orders upon delivery.
- Manage production assemblies and warehouse transfers.
- Supply Planning Support
- Support raising Purchase Orders (POs) on Unleashed and maintain the PO tracker.
- Assist the SPM with coordinating deliveries of raw materials, components, and packaging to suppliers in preparation for production.
- Marketing Orders & Fulfilment
- Act as the central point of contact for all marketing orders including raising SOs.

- 1 year of relevant experience or experience of statistical analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt and think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
