Location: Herefordshire, Ludlow & North Shropshire College

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner Enrolment Support: Manage enrolment processes, including data entry, ID checks, fee processing, and supporting learners to complete required documentation.
  • Customer Service: Act as a first point of contact for learners, tutors and partners via phone, email and in person, providing clear and friendly information about courses, venues, and procedures.
  • Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate learner records on MIS systems, ensuring compliance with funding and audit requirements.
  • Course Administration: Prepare class lists, registers, room bookings, tutor packs and course materials.
  • Quality & Compliance: Support the collection of learner feedback, progression data and evidence required for Ofsted and funding bodies.
  • Marketing & Communications: Assist with promoting courses, updating website information, producing newsletters and supporting community outreach.
  • Financial Administration: Process payments, refunds, purchase orders and petty cash in line with financial procedures.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to curriculum leads, tutors and managers as required.

Staffing & Salary: Permanent. 0.4 FTE (14.8 hours per week), full‑year. Salary: £25,071 pro‑rata.
