The Safeguarding Team is looking for a resilient Wellbeing & Pastoral Mentor to join our service. The post supports the work of the Safeguarding Lead and Head of Safeguarding across the college. The post is key for the successful delivery of pastoral services for students.

This exciting position will mentor a caseload of students, providing a holistic wellbeing support service within the college environment. The role is key in supporting students to continuously seek to improve their safety, health and well-being, as well as their retention at College to achieve academic success.

Working with college staff and partner agencies will be key aspects of the role. The successful applicant must possess the drive, energy and enthusiasm for such a pivotal role and have experience of providing pastoral and welfare related services for a range of client groups.
