Minibus Drivers to join our Estates team. The successful candidates will transport students to and from designated pickup points and the College campus, using a 16-seater college minibus.

We welcome applications for both full shifts (20 hours/week) and part shifts (10 hours/week – either mornings or afternoons), making this an ideal role for job-sharing or those looking for part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport students to and from the College campus.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure the minibus is roadworthy.
  • Support caretaking staff with additional duties on non-driving days (e. g., College training days).

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence with

Category D1 .

  • Experience driving a minibus is desirable (training can be provided).
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a professional, friendly manner.
  • Term-time only schedule (ideal for work-life balance).
  • Paid holiday entitlement included in salary.
  • Access to College pension scheme and sick pay.
