Herefordshire & Ludlow College is expanding its Student Support Team and is looking for resilient and passionate individuals to provide care, support, and academic assistance for young people with special educational needs.
The roles will include providing 1-to-1 and small group support, enhancing the learning environment for students with Education, Health and Care Plans. Full training will be provided.
Successful candidates will work closely with college staff to support students' academic growth and independence.
