North Shropshire College (part of HLNSC) is seeking reliable and suitably qualified Minibus Drivers to join our Estates team. The successful candidates will transport students to and from designated pickup points and the College campus, using a 16-seater college minibus. We welcome applications for both full shifts (20 hours/week) and part shifts (10 hours/week – either mornings or afternoons), making this an ideal role for job-sharing or those looking for part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from the College campus.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure the minibus is roadworthy.
- Support caretaking staff with additional duties on non-driving days (e.g., College training days).
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence with Category D1.
- Experience driving a minibus is desirable (training can be provided).
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional, friendly manner.
- Term-time only schedule (ideal for work-life balance).
Paid holiday entitlement included in salary. Access to College pension scheme and sick pay.
